Construction Motor, transmission, safety latch and automatic locking are integrated within the frame.
Locking
Mechanical lock which automatically locks the window in closed position. As an option, the window can be provided with a mechanism which locks the window in intervals across the entire opening width. Key lock is optional.
Motor 24 V DC.
Transmission Cord.
Traction force Approx. 20-40 N.
Relief for transmission Friction clutch.
Power supply Transformer. Battery back-up is optional.
Type of control Manoeuvre box. Foot switch is optional.
Glass Safety glass with thickness 6 mm and above. For instance 6 mm thick class E 60 fire-resistant glass, 16 mm thick class B1 impact-resistant glass or 75 mm thick class C5-SF bullet-resistant glass.
Finish White powder coating is standard. Other surface finishes available as an option include powder coating or painting in various colours.
Protection against fire The sliding window can be equipped with fire-resistant glass, e.g. 6 mm thick Pyran S (E 60) or 15 mm thick Pyrostop 30-10 (EI 60). However, the design is not type-approved for installation in firewalls, and object approval would then be necessary, hence we recommend our type-approved model SV-E60 instead.
